Try changing the belt first!
Buick Lacrosse 3.8L V6 2008 release. Fits perfectly. Please note: if you are not SURE the belt tensioner is broken, only purchase the belt. Wait Revane, is this belt tensioner now listed as not fitting my Buick? I didn't need a tensioner, replacing the belt smoothed everything out.
