I'm so glad I decided to purchase this product for my NuWave PIC cookware. I can still use all my old paraphernalia without throwing them away every time. The diffuser gets very hot, so remember to use the handle every time you cook after cooking. I've been using this product for two months now and every time it has worked perfectly, cooked evenly and efficiently with my non-induction pots and pans. I would recommend this to anyone who needs someone who doesn't want to buy new pots and pans or just buy one or use their old stone pans that you are comfortable with. It saves a lot that you don't have to go out and spend a fortune to buy a new set of pots and pans, so I've had two since I had a new wave and I have a Chef copper induction cookware set. It makes my life easier when I want to cook scrambled eggs or even cook steak with my old pots and pans.
