Process: 1) Wear gloves, I prefer nitrile gloves. 2) Remove the oil filter, make sure you put a pan on the ground to catch the oil that flows out of the oil filter. I didn't get much. 3) Remove the sensor sensor adapter on top of the old oil pressure sensor. It has a groove, once you pull it out and lift it, it comes off easily. 4) To loosen and remove the oil pressure switch, use an oil pressure switch socket with a 3" socket adapter and a long ratchet. 5) Clean the old spot with a rag plug and send back the new oil pressure sensor, tighten it a bit, I haven't looked at the specs 6) You can return the same oil filter if it hasn't been used or put in a new one Customs service. I just changed my oil 500 miles ago so I used the same. 7) Check the engine oil level with a dipstick, add new oil if necessary to the desired level. 8) Shut everything down, take a quick drive around the neighborhood to make sure everything is ok so you don't get stuck on the freeway. And everything is ready. I hope this solves my problem with the "Engine too hot, stop" messages. Will update this in a few miles. 30 minutes of your precious time and endless fun.
