Review on Enhanced Performance: Walker Exhaust CalCat Carb 82444 Direct Fit Catalytic Converter with Integrated Manifold by Mike Kimball

I've just fitted it to the car I'll have to see how good this United is but I've found a few flaws in the design. not exactly fitting for people like me, check the reviews but we only know a bit too late, the bolts on this product, they are weak points, they are not bolts, tack weld flat bolts, twist if you try tie nuts. The flange isn't perfectly flat, the mounting screw is nothing special, so you lose the original mounting screws, need a new one with a long and flat head, a pressure washer and a screw to put it back on. For California jurisprudence this is fine i guess I'll have to wait for the smog certificate to be issued until there are no more calls. I will post or amend this review. Let me say you can do it if you have the tools 🧰 and a handy person and can fix small problems, but don't expect it to fix installation problems. Please note that you will need 3 new (Dealer 5.83 dll) or reused old floor screws. I come with an o-ring but I recommend you get one from Autozone (5.65 dll) it fits a lot better than the one that came with it I'm glad I bought it. I think it was not included. I installed it perfectly. Make sure you have a friend or an extra hand, it's good. 👍 when they have a better solution than what you are doing.
