Took a risk - didn't work

The material was fine - light and quick drying (exactly what we were hoping for). I read a lot of reviews so I knew I was taking a risk when I ordered them. Sadly it did not work. My son usually wears pants in sizes 12-14. I ordered the size for 13-14 years. They were very long, the waist was too big, but the legs and crotch were very narrow. Because of the money I just couldn't justify the odd fit so we sent them back. I'm still looking for a pair of scout pants that are under $60 and fit really well.
