I used to use something similar in the military, and for some reason after getting out I never got one for myself. I was recently doing yet another ceiling fan (I change them frequently looking for ones I like better) and wished I had something like this to make it easier to strip the wires when I cut them shorter from the ceiling, up on a ladder.Solid, and so far each gauge I tried it with worked just fine. Going to really be glad I have this now anytime I'm doing pretty much anything around the house.
