The item arrived on time. Just installed the shelves and they work great. If they fail within the next few months I will update the review. It took me about 20 minutes to install, loosen and tighten the bolts with a manual socket wrench. As another reviewer pointed out, these replacements are about 1/4 inch longer than the OEM. Which isn't a big deal, it just means you have to remove both old racks before installing them, not one at a time. To be safe, don't forget to put a ladder under the sunroof when removing the two old pillars, as the sunroof is very heavy and will fall if unsupported. It would also be helpful to ask a friend to raise the hatch door when installing new supports.
