Review on 🍲 OXO Good Gravy Fat Separator - Convenient 4-Cup Design with Enhanced Grips by Crystal Palmer

I've never cooked much in my 78 years until recently when I suddenly turned into one of these silly things , not so; I meant Instantpot users). I only cook like this (haven't used my stove in 4.5 years. Due to the need for liquid in the Instantpot, many recipes result in sauces. Often, even though the recipes were fine, something just didn't. And sometimes after that when I was in the Sitting in the fridge a huge disgusting layer of thick curdled grease appeared which had to be scraped off I was shocked to see almost a cup of grease removed from a lovely gravy I chose to go for the design, the ease of use, the floor drain (I didn't want to hard clean the spout) for this one and because I trust the OXO name.
