Works great and amazing Customer service

This works great for dividing the sauce - way better than other methods I've used See you There are some similar models here at Revain, but I recommend the OXO (although it's a buck or two more) because when I've contacted OXO for customer service on other products in the past, the support has been EXCELLENT - everything as it should be customer support give (but usually not in other companies).

Quick separation in colanders and food strainers

I used a pair of separators that leave no room for error when it comes to grease. While it's not exactly a panacea for instant separation, it makes the process easier since you can get the flavor out of the drops without worrying too much about the fat coming out with the drops. You don't pour it out, just squeeze the handle to release the drops.
