This pan is great. I love how it all nests together and looks nice enough to stay on the stove when not in use. I have started reaching for this pan even when I would normally choose my cast iron. I think because it’s lighter. This pan will sear meats well and cleans up so easily I can/will use it during the same meal prep to toss vegetables too. It can go in the dishwasher, but I haven’t found I even need to. It really is easy to clean. This is my go to for making dinner. It’s large, flat bottomed, with tall sides. This shape is not good for me when making eggs or pancakes. I have a different pan I use with sloping sides. The only down side to the pan it that my stove grates are rough and the bottom of the pan is getting scratched up. It does not affect the pans performance.
