Having only used it since July 2019, the head came loose and a couple of tiny screws inside the sensor that rotate between the glass and bezel loosened I didn't use this proactively and wasn't rude It was fine while it worked but it didn't last as long as I thought Update (5/6/20): Customer service seems on point too I can't guarantee the product but they gave me a 90% discount on a new device so I gave them 4 stars instead of the original 2.
