They have been installed on my truck for a long time. Installation was easy and they looked great. My only issue now, after a year and some modifications, is that the powder coating or paint on a few letters has chipped and basically flaked off exposing the underlying metal and making it, for lack of a better word, look like crap. I bought a new kit, this time made of plastic instead of metal. I didn't expect to ever have to replace these inserts, but here we are. They were good while they lasted. To remove them you have to do a little work, which is annoying. And I was able to take them off, paint them and apply new glue. But a new set of letters is cheap enough, I have big projects that need my attention.
