I received my infrared thermometer a few days ago. That is very cool. Easy to set up, it came in Celsius but was easy to switch to Fahrenheit. The instructions were good too, but not really necessary. I have measured the temperature of many things in my house. This weekend I plan to use it when brewing beer and checking the mash temperature. It will definitely come in handy in my cooking room. I also plan to use it to find any cold spots in my house so I can insulate better. Aside from being good for brewing, I've also used it to test my charcoal grill. That way I know if I need to close or open the vents. Very good! Overall a very cool and useful device.
