Review on πŸ”ͺ Chicago Cutlery Walnut Tradition: 3-Inch Paring/Boning Knife - Superior Quality and Versatility by Richard Simmons

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Not like earlier. Chinese scrap

Ordered to replace the same Chicago table knife that is 25 years old. No comparison. The handle of the new knife is too square and uncomfortable to work with. The blade is twice as thick and has lost the necessary flexibility and is too thick to cut potatoes, carrots, etc. without jamming. It's cheap junk.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • old
