Nice bike but assembly is a pain. Upon opening the box ( I purchased two) and both the boxes were horribly beat and torn upon arrival. First box inside the larger box states "tools and instructions inside” so I opened that first. NOTHING inside box but pedals. I pulled bike pieces out of carton and began assembly with the basic knowledge I have of how pieces should fit together. I also got out my own tools to help move things along. When I opened the inside carton that held the seat I was surprised when the instructions and tools fell out of that carton. Completely screwed up markings on cartons. Finished putting bike together using instructions for the final couple of steps.
