Box arrived extremely damaged. When I opened it up, found that the seat had a rip in it and the basket was crushed. I managed to re-shape the basket, but it was still a little misshapen and it'll never be perfect. I was willing to live with these two issues but after assembling the bike (more on that later), I took it for a ride on a fairly easy, paved trail. Cute bike but it was totally scratched up! This was my daughter's birthday gift and it looked far from new when it arrived. Other then that it is a cute bike and perfect size for my tall 6 year old to learn to ride with no training wheels.

Easy to assemble but that's about it. Bought this bike to commute between buildings at work. The seat is about as uncomfortable as it gets. There is little support in the seat and it creaks with every cycle of the pedal and you cannot stay centered as it has no support. The pedal bearings started clicking within two weeks. Had to replace the seat to something quieter and with full support Three months after purchase, both tires were flat. Re-inflated both but within hours, both were flat again.

Package came looking like it was drop kicked to my door. Figured I'd open it to see what the damage was. Some scratches here and there, but figured spray painting it would be easier than returning it. Anyway, put the bike fully together. Go to inflate the tires and the front one won't fill. So now I get to unbuild a bike, cram it back into this busted up box somehow and hopefully get UPS to pick it up. Super waste of time.

Nice bike but assembly is a pain. Upon opening the box ( I purchased two) and both the boxes were horribly beat and torn upon arrival. First box inside the larger box states "tools and instructions inside” so I opened that first. NOTHING inside box but pedals. This bike is very nice however do not expect a "new" looking bike out of the box. We have returned andre-ordered this bike and each time the paint was very scratched or missing completely over big areas. The photo is of the last bike we received and since this time "only" one part was scratched (instead of everywhere) we are reaching out for just a replacement part instead of the hassle with returning or reordering again. The bike is adorable, my daughter loves the colors, very expensive though, hard to find any bikes during the pandemic and styles. Box bike came is was extremely damaged, bike it self had lots of scratches, and some dents, like someone previously tried it and returned it with its new scratches. Gave my daughter the option to return, kept just because we couldn't find anything similar to what she wanted. If other options were available at the time, we 100% would or returned.

This is a good bike for this price category. Rides quiet and comfortably. Frame is heavy and solid. I did have to replace the front tire inner tub as it failed on the second day. Probably best to just look at the picture of the bike for assembly hints. The manual appears to be generic and does not match exactly this model. I bought this bike for an event for my work. A witches bike ride to raise money for 4-paws animal shelter. I worked and spent a ton of money decorating my bike. I filled the tires to the recommend pressure. As we were setting up my table for my Resturant we heard a pop. Ordered this bike for a birthday and it was shipped with a large scratch. It was also sent with 2 left pedals making the bike unusable. Reordered then same bike in a different color and the large scratch is in the same place. Poor quality control. I’m sure my daughter will end up scratching the bike many times, but a brand-new bike shouldn’t start in this condition.

I love this bike 1st because my daughter was very specific on the bike she wanted for Christmas a beach cruiser in purple or black and this was all 3 we added a black bike basket and she screamed Christmas morning! It really is an adorable bike

Bike is beautiful but came damaged! It was a xmas gift for our daughter and I don't want to go thru the hassle of returning. But I do want a credit!

We ordered the teal bike and the purple one was sent. It’s a great bike and she loves it and decided it was too much trouble to send back — but it’s annoying to have been sent the wrong one.

I would've given this bike five stars but it did not come with the screws for the rear fender. So now I have to find one and purchase it separately which will delay me from enjoying this good looking bike.

This product is made very well in every field. It was very easy to put together, requiring very few tools, it was a comfortable ride and it holds up very well. It's your simple, well made quality cruiser.

I bought this bike for my niece’s Birthday. I was a little disappointed to find out that the back tire would not keep air inside, because the inner tube had a hole in it. The paint job on the bike tires are not the best. Unfortunately, the paint makes it look like it’s a used bike.

Great looking bike! However I am very disappointed with the huge scratch that is on the front wheel frame. See picture for reference. Based on the price there should be nothing wrong with the bike. If my daughters bday wasn’t tomorrow I would definitely return. Very disappointed

The bike is great. except that it didn’t come with pedals. So now we either have to go try to return this thing. or spend more money on pedals. We will probably do the latter because it’s just simpler. and my daughter really wants to ride it. Disappointing.
