I'm only 5ft 5in, about 145cm tall, have short legs and a very big butt. I have a difference between my waist and hips of about 13 inches. I was advised to order a size small but went for the medium size and I'm glad I did. These pants are very soft and comfortable. They don't stretch much and since I have such a big butt I wouldn't call them baggy in the hips or thighs. I would say they fit. So if you want to look plus size like in the photo I would go up the size especially if you have large hips and thighs.
