The ease of use is great! I can create multiple types/form variations in seconds, with no coding required for most features (excepting some complex fields that require javascript). It's also very easy to customize colors or fonts if you need them changed - just change it within your form itself rather than having an admin do so manually later. We are using this software as part of our membership management system which allows members access through their own accounts without needing us to have any special permissions set up beforehand.
