Overall I like the product but there are some significant flaws. I love the price of the product and the number of test strips you get which is 4 times more than other test strips for the price. You can clearly read the colors on the chart on the side of the bottle and it's easy to match the stripes. I'd like a printed copy of the e-book as a guide in the box it came in, but if you know what levels you need for your tank to get started then that really isn't necessary. The problem is that at least on my test strips, the pH indicator is bad and doesn't show the correct pH at all. There was no color change unless I put a direct drop of pH UP on it. I then compared it to an API Fluid Test Kit, Tetra 5-in-1 EasyStrips and then, just to be sure, a digital pH meter. I have concluded that the amount of chemical used for this pH indicator on the test strips I have is incorrect. Although I compared all other indicators with other tests available to me, they turned out to be very close. So, in general, the test strip is not bad, but with an indicator that did not work properly. Six out of seven isn't bad, but it's not good either. My test strip lot number was 20190705 and it may have been a bad run. JNW may wish to test this batch to ensure other bottles of the same cycle do not have this issue.
