This watch has several problems. BP is not registering properly and the step count is different from my other. The band is very stiff and the holes are too small where it should snap. I had to use the end of a baby spoon to widen the hole I close it with and it's still difficult. I also cut off the end of the loop tape as it is too wide and looks ugly. I kept it as it looks pretty good now after making some changes. and since i did that i still can't send it back.
