When I connected this mic to my computer, I was amazed that it could capture all of our voices from all directions in our meeting to a large extent. We used to have to turn the computer to face the speakers so they could speak directly into it and be heard. I thought if we put this new mic on the table next to the computer the problem would be solved. Unfortunately it wasn't. It was still difficult for those using the zoom to understand those talking from a certain angle. To fix this, we had to make sure each person was holding a microphone in order to be heard. It works and is better than before, but it's not what we expected. The description of the item led me to believe that the sound would be picked up up to 3 meters away. We'll keep it as it works better if we pass it around the room, but we won't buy it again.
