I've been waiting for the Beacuae review to make sure it would help me get through the canning season. This is a very strong, powerful and sharp seam cutter! If you have a lot of canning to do or just want to make your veggies look fun, this is the tool you need! It's very spicy, so it's easy to slice up some carrots! The coiled portion of the blade is approximately 5 5/8 inches long. The only thing I didn't like was the sticker they put on the handle, they could have packaged it a bit differently but still worth 5 stars!
