Works well to keep my 2020 Mac mini cool.
I use this with my vertical Mac Mini mount to cool my Mac. I monitor CPU temperatures through the CleanMyMac app and use time spikes on intensive applications. This fan allows me to keep temperatures below 130F in a 70F room. When the fan is running at high power it is noisy, but most of the time I keep it at 1/3 to 1/2 and the noise level is negligible.
