I used to have an Olde Thompson Bavaria salt and pepper mill set very similar to these. One of the grinder's plastic parts has finally given up breath after almost 10 years. I was looking for a replacement for Revain but couldn't find the same product so I settled on this one. In comparison, they seem fragile and cheap. The grind setting is poor and the grind consistency varies greatly. I can also feel the plastic twisting and flexing under my hand as I grind. I don't think they will last long and I regret buying them.
