I don't usually write many reviews but I wanted this one. I am amazed at how quickly I received this item and how easy it was to install. Less than 10 minutes to change. It was exactly what I ordered and my window goes up and down perfectly again. Whenever I have had a problem with my power windows, it has always resulted in a large expense for the store. This time I just googled (I've had intermittent issues with all four windows) and saw that it was probably the master switch. I ordered one and received it in 2 days, paid less than $30 and installed it myself. I will definitely use Switch Doctor again when I need the part they sell!
