It helps me run my business more efficiently than I have before, but also with ease of use! The dashboard makes it easy for everyone involved within our marketing department (including myself) which really has helped us grow so far this year as well!! There isn't anything that we dislike about SME yet - maybe if there was some sort customization option available? Overall great product though very efficient & helpful during busy times/busy months when things are most active. Our team works together seamlessly via their system too- its amazing how much time you save having everything centralized like such an awesome platform allows. ! The support for our client-side application is excellent. We have had many issues with other products, but they were always resolved quickly. Sometimes it's slow, especially when you are not logged in. I think this could be improved by increasing RAM and processor usage. We've used them for over a year now, without any problems. They helped us build a platform that allows us to interact with users from all around the world.
