This key cabinet works well. This only works if all the gaps are filled in when there is only one or two regular sized keys on each pin. We use this for office door keys, multiple key rings, car keys, etc. So sometimes we have to get creative to fill the gap. We were able to easily contact the company for a few more copies of the keys, they arrived in just over a month and were fairly cheap. Sometimes the problem is with the lock, but could it just be the keys as they are newer? I am not sure. Overall a good buy.
