I was a cheerleader for 8 years throughout school, and since moving into a full time office job i noticed it was much harder for me to keep my figure since I am sitting long hours. I sit on this for the entire 8 hours I'm at work and notice my core is a bit sore when I get home, which is exactly what i wanted. It isn't the most comfortable to sit on but I like it that way so I remember to get up for frequent breaks and walk a bit. I think its great for someone who wants to keep their core engaged throughout their work day.
