That IT department has more than one person who can help me find answers to my questions and problems. I am able to get a response within minutes instead of days. Sometimes things don't work as they should or are supposed to. I have come across some problems where the system doesn't seem to respond the way it should. They are all very quick to respond, however, when I need assistance. The tone mainframe team is knowledgeable and courteous. They are always willing to listen and respond to my needs. It makes my life easier and allows me to be productive at work.
