Review on 🔪 Ginsu Chikara Series 12 Piece Cutlery Set with Toffee Finish Block - Japanese Steel by Ana Ramos

I'm not a professional chef, I just love to cook at home. This is a very sharp set of knives, it does what I need easily and effortlessly even with meat. I've only worn them for 1.5 months, but they haven't rusted yet (wipe dry immediately after washing). Good selection of knives. I like both santoku and chef's knives, not too heavy but heavy enough to cut effortlessly. There are no complaints about functionality and usefulness yet. Kitchen scissors are sharp/strong and easily cut through thick plastic. But as other reviewers have said, the steak knife handles are plastic but of the same quality as other knife handles. Haven't used them for cutting yet so maybe the blades are great but the handles aren't. I don't really care since we don't use steak knives anyway.
