Great for butter and toast lovers!
The product arrived exactly as pictured. Side holes are more trouble than they're worth. The oil has to be cold and you have to press hard for it to work, which quickly becomes a mess. They also clog easily. But the big hole at the top is great, and we use it almost exclusively these days to pour cold butter onto toast. The serrated edge is comparable to a high quality butter knife. As good as new but don't expect it to work perfectly.
