There was a problem with fans clicking on the motherboard and not connecting with MSI Sync. I contacted the seller. He sent me a new fan and the fan controller took care of the sync issue. Be careful with the front wires, I ripped off the LED button connections when reassembling! That's my only gripe, the fan is decent, you can't connect more than 5 although I think the power draw is too high and they flicker or dim. The glass on the side that she has in front is a nice touch
