Dude, these things are great. Now I'm a bit conservative, so I use the drill at the lowest speed, constantly lubricate cutting fluid and work slowly, make snakes while drilling, then let it rest, add oil and repeat. I have 46 holes with a 5/8" bit on a 3/16" flat shank and another 46 holes with a 3/4" bit in a 3/16" plate. Slow and steady with oil - NOT WD40, a small brush to keep sticky cutting oil in the channel, it cuts and damn it. . . incredible mileage from them. Take your time and they will last for you!
