No quality control on delivery

Although this tray is big enough for my large bunny, there are two things that let me down. I think when they packed it for shipping no one bothered to notice that the 'innovative locking mechanism' was missing. So if I don't want my rabbit to be pushing this all over the cage, I need to find another way of locking him in the cage. Thanks for that, I'm happy to pay full price for an incomplete product. Another disappointing thing is that huge sticker. It would have been nice if a different glue had been used so it came off right away, instead I spent 15 minutes peeling off all the pieces. Otherwise I would give this pan 5 stars.
