Didn't work at first, after a few days it worked perfectly and lasted for several months. The card is now not working again and when I go to the merchant site it doesn't accept the verification code to report the problem. I hope they see this and get back to me as I can't reach them. To update. Got response from UTA. Two days later I received the device directly from China. ZERO help. After sending emails describing the problems, he had no idea what was going on. He didn't even know what a multiswitch was. We used Team Viewer and it took over my computer. It does not attempt to block or scan 16APSK transponders, only really strong 8PSK signals. When I finally got him to do a blind scan he only got the vertical transponders and when I said he wouldn't reverse the polarity he said he had to go and ended our session.
