Review on FINDKING'S Dynasty Kiritsuke Knife - The Perfect Multi-Purpose Gyuto Chef Knife For Cutting Meat, Fruits And Vegetables by David Boulanger

A months use: my feedback

So I wanted to wait a month before writing anything so as to see how these knives turned out after having them for a month, and I must say, they've proven to be really well built. Due to them being carbon steel instead of stainless steel, they cannot be left in water and should be washed and dried shortly after use. After using them on and off over the last month, they've remained sharp and has not shown any signs of rust or damage. So because of these, I will suggest these knives to anyone wanting good solid cutlery for your kitchen for a solid price and have knives that, as long as they're taken care of, will last for a while.
