I like how the bot is very intuitive. I like how it is able to interact with the customer and not just show up when you're logged in. I like that it is able to communicate with the customer. I dislike that sometimes the bot gets confused and doesn't know how to respond. I dislike that it is easy to tell when the customer is on the phone with a real person. It is a great tool to increase customer satisfaction and reduce the amount of calls you receive. It is great to be able to get a customer's information quickly and easily.
