It probably doesn't make sense but it seems to me that there is a bad connection inside the device. It's been happening since I've had it, but I was hoping it would get better. Basically, when the phone rings and you pick up the receiver, there is no one on the other line and you have to press the receiver or tap the main part of the phone to hopefully hear something. If it makes sense When you pick up the handset there is almost never a beep unless you do the same as above and when there is a beep it is very faint. Looks good but I'm so glad I bought the protection plan. The new one works great.
