Review on Tripp Lite Parallel Centronics U206 006 R by Demetrius Patsion

It looks like a very well designed product. Unfortunately, of course, it doesn't have to be Mac-compatible, which I only found out after purchasing it. Since the driver wasn't included, I looked around and found one that basically worked. The only problem was that the printer was reported as offline, which I was able to fix by plugging in the USB. When I contacted the company, they informed me that the device driver I found was for the display and not the printer. They stated that the device is not sold as Mac compatible. I offered to help them convert the driver to work with the printer, but they wouldn't. So I'm stuck with a device that allows me to print to Mac using my old HP Laserjet 4P, but I have yet to disable it. Unless you're the adventurous type, I wouldn't buy this for Mac.
