Review on πŸš— WOLFBOX Portable Car Tire Air Compressor with LED Light - Fast Digital Tire Pump, 12V DC Tire Inflator, Ideal for Car, Bicycle, and Other Inflatables by Adan Hudson

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Almost useless: accessories and spare parts

Disadvantages: 1. Inaccurate and erratic readings and numerous shutdowns. His gauge reads 1psi lower than my handheld digital and analog gauges (which agree with each other). I could just set the pump to stop 1psi below the desired pressure and that would be annoying but at least workable. Unfortunately, when pumping, the numbers jump back and forth everywhere. He doesn't want to stabilize. I deflated the second tire this pump was exposed to to see how fast or slow it would inflate to 30psi. The gauge instantly jumped from 17psi to 25psi when I turned it on, then dropped a couple of psi, then picked up again and stayed at about 26psi, then clipped a couple of times, then went about a half minute until it reached 28.5 psi. , then it went off again several times. I estimate it took about 5 minutes to ramp the pressure from 17psi to 30psi with about 8 shut downs. The hose on the pump housing was very hot when it was switched off. Apparently he went into thermal overload protection mode to save himself and the hose from frying. This is probably a necessary aspect of the design since the smallest dollar pump is so weak. Forget the running time stated in the specification before charging. It won't come close to that.2. Power cord 8'8". There is conflicting information in this product's answer section - first it's 9.8ft and a month later it's 14.7ft. Sedan when I used battery clamps. I had to use the extension hose that came with it to to get to this tire it might do if i used the cigarette lighter but the cable that came with it had to be long enough to reach each wheel when connected to the tire battery.3. there is no way to unplug the hose to wrap around the body - there are no clamps for example. I suspect they would like the customer to store it loose in the soft case that comes with it. When storing loose you have to be careful not to let the metal fittings scratch the pump you get nothing not to pay for all faults to make it a real VALUE next time I will look for a heavy duty twin pump for trucks this will of course cost more, ex he maybe it actually works properly and is more reliable to justify the cost. He is light. Yes, because it's cheap. The ridiculous gold paint on the plastic "radiators" could have been left out, and the pump would have been even cheaper. Hey, if you're going cheap and want to cut so many corners, why not cut ALL the corners while you're at it, including the unwanted color. You won't fool anyone with this color anyway. 3. Quiet. It is much quieter than the single piston pump it replaced. I have suffered from tinnitus for a long time and the sound bothers me. I don't feel the need to wear earplugs with this pump like I did with the old one.4. The display is easy to read day and night. Unfortunately, it doesn't help much because it's also inaccurate and unstable. I can't trust him.5. The soft case is inexpensive but will fit anything and there is enough room on the sides of the pump for the coiled extension hose and battery clip adapter so you don't have to put it on top of the pump to scratch and misplace the pump on the floor and the Supporting the weight of the pump on them is not known how long it will take until the pump is needed.6. The rubber feet are soft and hold up well so the pump doesn't roll away like my previous pump did. They also keep vibrations to a minimum. The device hardly wobbles during use, and the display is solid and easy to read during use. But even this is of little help, since the mapping is imprecise and unstable. The power cord, battery adapter, wires and terminals never got hot. Minus number 1 is so bad that it negates the positive aspects of this model hence the low rating. The two most important things for a gauge and pump are accuracy and reliability/stability, which neither model offers.
