. my Impreza 02 station wagon and it hissed and whistled like crazy. Installed the original after cleaning.

I installed this in my Impreza 02 station wagon and it hissed and whistled like crazy. Reinstalled the original, cleaned up a bit and it worked. Tried the thing again and it hissed and hissed again. It's either not the right part (although Revane said so) or it's defective. waste of time.
