I bought this about 6 months ago. I love the design, look and feel. The strippers work well, the dies are fine and it's nice to have crimping tools on hand. I have two complaints about the product. First, in hot climates like mine, the rubber grips slip off the metal, forcing you to constantly adjust them. I glued them back on with limited success. Many designers don't consider triple digit weather, so this complaint is broader than just this product. Yesterday after a few months of light use one side of the pliers broke clean when trying to twist the metal knockout out of the box. I can still use crimping pliers, but other than that the tool is dead. For items in this price range, based on my working habits, I usually reckon on around 12 months. However, I usually throw them out after 12 months because they get boring or something. Not a clean break. Only if you are willing to easily eliminate the risk of tool breakage.
