I like that it can be used to track all of your processes from start-to finish, so you don't have multiple workflows in place with different people tracking each one separately (as we've done before).
It also has some nice reporting capabilities built into its dashboard which helps us keep an eye at what's going where and when within these larger projects we're working toward as well! There are several things about this product/service I dislike but they aren’t deal breakers by any means - just minor niggles really. We use pulse primarily because there was no other option available locally once custom software had been developed elsewhere; however since then others such as Asana etc may exist now too if looking more broadly than only LGSSPulse initially.
