A useful method allowing better visibility & control over large scale IT Projects

I like that it can be used to track all of your processes from start-to finish, so you don't have multiple workflows in place with different people tracking each one separately (as we've done before). It also has some nice reporting capabilities built into its dashboard which helps us keep an eye at what's going where and when within these larger projects we're working toward as well! There are several things about this product/service I dislike but they aren’t deal breakers by any means…

  • Easy access
  • Good support staff who actually knows their stuff
  • Relatively straightforward user interface &/or learning curve depending upon background knowledge / experience level.
  • Ease setting up recurring meetings via Outlook email invite directly form tool
Cons
  • So-so
