Review on Contracts Advance by Ray Richards

Excellent product with comprehensive search filters/options for keywords etc which I needed! Also good customer service when questions came up regarding what had actually happened or issues occurred whilst using ContractAdvances - it was sorted out promptly in most instances by either myself via emailing their Customer Relations Team who are very friendly & understand my needs within the legal context. It has taken time getting used too but this is now down to how thorough one reads through each "tender alert" as opposed to relying solely upon ContractAdvance's filtering system (whereby they may have not notified me of an advert available). We receive emails daily from CACO offering contracts we could be considered eligible towards bidding at auctions such as PPP2P3 projects where there were no existing vendors capable due to technical reasons. This means less work required searching other websites manually thereby enhancing efficiency levels across various teams throughout Legal departments nationwide including Corporate Procurement Departments. There are so many different ways we could have improved this product but it does what is says! It saves us time by sending out weekly updates via email which includes new contracts for consideration as well as any changes in terms or conditions etc.. This means less searching around websites and emails looking through things in order not be left behind with information about potential deals coming up.
