Very happy user since January 2016, especially impressed

Excellent product with comprehensive search filters/options for keywords etc which I needed! Also good customer service when questions came up regarding what had actually happened or issues occurred whilst using ContractAdvances - it was sorted out promptly in most instances by either myself via emailing their Customer Relations Team who are very friendly & understand my needs within the legal context. It has taken time getting used too but this is now down to how thorough one reads through…

  • The ease that you can navigate your way between all types, categories e.g tenders / RFPs vs quotations versus bids; also being able to click directly into specific contract details once selected instead having to scroll over multiple pages before reaching said documents
