Powerful rock drill for the money

This is my third DeWalt 1/2 cordless rock drill. At first it was 18 volts. It was great, but as I wore it down the first 20 volts was even better. It still works but I know it's time to replace it. DeWalt was very nice to me. This drill is more battery efficient, but I haven't run it enough to really form an opinion. I mix about 70 fine knit bags at work and then I know more. I drilled studs into the top for the plumbing and mixed in many thin joints with my first. The metal parts in the drive wheel are important to note. It just makes the drill more durable, IMHO. The 4 amp batteries worked fine and I expect the same this time. Milwaukee undoubtedly makes excellent gear. But DeWalt got better deals, even though they focused more on carpenters than plumbers. I'm sure I would be happy with their gear. But the point is, you buy the system. batteries and such. I just buy a clean tool and it saves some money. It's late February 2019. He's shuffling the thin set like a champ. It is best to use a pen. Better, more efficient brushless motor. 4 amp batteries are great. Btw I've still been using my 4 amp batteries for about 5 years now.
