Review on πŸ”§ SIREN 9LPC High Leverage Lineman's Pliers with Fish Tape Puller, Crimps, and Side Cutting Pliers - 9-1/2 inch by Andy Tunes

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Just as good but not as consistent

Fake or not, these siren linear arms work just fine. They look pretty much the same as the Irwin Vise Grip Linesman except the Irwins are about 1/2" to 3/4" longer. The handles on the siren are thicker. I didn't think I would like these thick ones, but I really like them. Yes, the handles slip. But that's easy to fix. Just reattach them with Amazing Goop glue and they'll never come off again. You will stick almost permanently if you use this material. Also, the production doesn't seem very consistent from one to another. I had to switch because the grips aren't even. The replacement's handles are still curved, but they're not as pronounced as the first. In fact, my linesman, Irvin, isn't straight either. His arms are crooked too. And the last. A reviewer using one of the product images to highlight a tear is wrong. It's not a crack at all. That's a shadow. Trust me, I get an almost identical shadow in the exact same place when I place it against a light source as in the picture.
