Review on TWiki by Moe Gilbert

I like that you can use it in a collaborative environment, where people from different departments contribute to each other's projects. It is easy to set up for multiple users, so there are no problems with setting permissions or anything of this sort. Some features could be improved, but overall it works just fine. We're using it as an internal wiki service at our work place. The fact that we have full control over the content makes managing changes much easier than if they were made by someone else (say, somebody who has access only to read-only version).
