Review on Datagram by David Cook

- Easy Reporting tool which has multiple ways of reporting.- Simple UI, great looking dashboard with intuitively defined views for easy manipulation by users.- Best support I have seen in terms of product enhancements or fixes (as per my knowledge). Not anything specifically about itself. As it is being used since 2014/2015 we are facing few challenges as its features don't go down very quickly or atleast not so fast that can be compared to any other reportings system available around this time period when compared to them. But overall experience was positive, however one thing i hated most while using Datagamwas whenever new updates comes into picture like new reports etc., Its always tough decision if you want wait till version goes out or change version from latest stable release to use it otherwise there might get some issues after sometime by running old datapacket.(i am sure u will be familiar)Its better option then waiting, try once before jumping ahead in case some compatibility problem happens between older versions of your code base(web api),Dataguard should solve all those problems.Reporting needs using various kind filters along with date range filter The ease of use, its flexibility in terms of customization options as well as being able to integrate with other platforms such as Salesforce makes it ideal for our needs. There are no downsides at this time - however we do have some customizations that need to be made (such as adding additional fields). I would recommend using their support team if you run into any issues! We're solving multiple challenges related to data collection and reporting within our organization.
